An excellent meal. There were four of us; the women opted for the "Tradition" menu, and the men for the "Confidence" menu. While the menu offered a set selection of dishes, the chef's suggestions suited us perfectly. The butternut squash velouté was exquisite, and the barely cooked haddock was simply divine. And to our surprise, the very generous petit fours—a warm apple crumble, a lukewarm chocolate cake, and a scoop of homemade strawberry ice cream—made for a truly perfect dessert. A wonderful experience that we would love to repeat. Thank you to the chef.

This is clearly the best restaurant in Palavas-les-Flots. Everything is excellent, with top-quality ingredients and truly delicious dishes. You can tell that everything is prepared with care and that the team pays attention to every detail.
The service is also top-notch: a warm welcome, attentive staff, and impeccable service. You'll have a truly wonderful time.

A must-visit in Palavas!
Impeccable cuisine, beautifully presented dishes that are as delicious as they are beautiful, with real thought put into every dish. An incredible wine list that perfectly complements the food.
But what truly sets Saint-Georges apart from other restaurants in Palavas is its focus on local seafood, featuring genuine fish caught right in Palavas' waters. A true identity, quality products, and above all, a great deal of passion.
Thank you to Paul and Hélène, the owners, for delighting us every time. We always return with just as much pleasure!

The "Trust Menu" would be better called the "Gourmet Menu": two starters and two main courses from the daily menu, nothing particularly surprising, but with reasonable portions that prevent overeating.
Special mention goes to the fish of the day, perfectly cooked, with a fresh and light sauce. The veal was also very good. However, the cold fish soup had a slightly bitter taste.

Pleasantly surprised! Finally, a real chef in Palavas! For 40 euros, so much flavor in every dish, while 50 meters away, 25 euros for calamari, salad, and fries reeks of frying oil. Bravo!
