A pleasant moment, the cuisine is seasonal, well presented with great taste on the plate...a lovely surprise to share!

I was influenced by the rave reviews and its Bib Gourmand selection. I was disappointed. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't extraordinary either. It was acceptable, nothing more. Fortunately, the desserts largely redeemed my experience. This is worth noting, as disappointment usually stems from them. There was far too long a wait between courses, and the aperitif was rather stingy (two mini croutons for a teaspoon of tapenade). On the other hand, the service was very pleasant.

On our way back to Bordeaux, we made a detour to have lunch at this Bib Gourmand restaurant. Conveniently located opposite the marina, the welcome and service were very pleasant. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lunch at Saint Georges, overlooking the harbor: a bright, calm setting, almost suspended between the sea and the sails. The terrace is well-maintained, the tables are beautifully set, and the warm welcome immediately sets the perfect tone. On the plate, it's all about quality: the fish is cooked to perfection, the portions are generous, and the presentation is elegant without being ostentatious. The daily menu is well-thought-out, and the desserts live up to expectations—simple, indulgent, and satisfying. The service is professional and attentive without being intrusive, with that relaxed, seaside rhythm that makes you want to linger. A restaurant that does things properly, with taste, and that respects both the ingredients and the customer. A great place in Palavas for a leisurely, well-executed meal, and a view that makes it all worthwhile.

Excellent as usual, well-balanced dishes, precise cooking, attractive presentation, and impeccable service! I'll definitely be back...
