I tried Le Stam during my visit to Colmar, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. 21/04/2026: It's a restaurant! A little old-fashioned, but with all the right credentials. Obviously, the Choucroute 8 Garnitures takes center stage, especially since Alsatian cuisine isn't exactly known for its sheer number of dishes. The white asparagus is excellent, and the ham (the very good cooked ham) is the perfect accompaniment. Equally obvious: the Alsatian wine, of course!
20/04/2026: This establishment is highly recommended. We were a party of six and ate on the terrace. Everything was perfect. Excellent service and superb food.
