I tried Le Stam during my visit to Colmar, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. 23/11/2025: Stopped here to get an espresso, because it was one of the only places open earlier on a Sunday. Their coffee is from one of those automated machines, but of course a patisserie isn't necessarily going to have a proper espresso machine. It was good enough, but I was really impressed with the staff. They were extremely friendly. Looked like they had a really nice assortment of pastries.
