"My experience at Le Stam restaurant in Colmar was simply delicious. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by smiling and attentive staff. The cuisine was a true festival of flavors. The fresh, quality ingredients were sublime. . The service was impeccable, fast and efficient, without ever sacrificing friendliness. In addition, the atmosphere was most pleasant, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend the restaurant Le Stam to all lovers of good cuisine and moments of shared pleasure!”

We ate sauerkraut and although it was after 2:30 p.m. they served us very well, normally at that time in France the kitchens are closed

Super sporty waitresses with calves of steel! Very kind and helpful. Very hearty and good meal, small downside, the sauce was much too salty.

01/04/2024: Very good time during our stay in Colmar, we ate in this restaurant unexpectedly. Very warm welcome, top decor, excellent waiter and excellent food (be careful, you have to like cheese ^^) I highly recommend (for the sake of your taste buds)
