We received a wonderful welcome (thank you, Michel), even though we arrived late (thank you to the cooks). The menu was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed the Gnougnou stew and the "like sauerkraut" dish, and the desserts were very good—thank you for the last two chocolate mousses.

We came for a small birthday lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was very quiet, the welcome was warm, and it was clean and peaceful. The menu is concise, which allows for well-prepared and original dishes. I think I'll come back to enjoy a lobster dinner for two 😁 The prices are reasonable for what they offer, and the wines are good. We were with a baby, and they made us feel very welcome; it's really nice not to feel like we were intruding. A minor point about the dog policy: you do it to avoid turning people away, but really, in a shop or food establishment, you don't bring animals, as a matter of principle and especially for hygiene reasons 🙏🏼 Your desserts are also very good; don't change anything in the kitchen, it's top-notch 👍🏼

Extremely good, I recommend the scallops. The pickled onions and the cooking of the scallops were perfect.

The place and especially the staff are absolutely charming; we highly recommend it.

A renowned establishment, ideally located just steps from the port of Roscoff and the ferry terminal. We sampled a surprising blend of cider and rum as an aperitif (be careful if you're driving, it's 8% ABV!). For the main course, a word of advice: book a table on Thursdays and skip the starters. You'll be treated to an exceptional pork kig ha farz. Served in a relaxed, unpretentious style in large tureens (not for the faint of heart!), the meat is flavorful and incredibly tender, and the vegetables are perfectly cooked. The broth has been expertly skimmed and is therefore light and completely fat-free. The farz (dark, the only slight drawback; we would have liked a white version to accommodate those allergic to buckwheat, but that's a minor point) is perfectly crumbled, and the lipig (a type of sweet bread) is a delight. We even saved room for a kouign for dessert, which was also surprisingly light. A very good rating, even for the coffee (a true espresso, without any bitterness, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning). The service was very friendly and attentive; it felt like a Sunday family meal. No doubt the rest of the menu is just as good, and we will definitely be back to try it! A restaurant that lives up to its name, the kind that is sadly becoming increasingly rare, without unnecessary frills and highly recommended if you're in the area! P.S.: Last but not least, the prices are relatively reasonable considering the location, reputation, quantity, and quality. 😉

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the incredibly fresh spider crab. The oysters were also delicious. The welcome and service were warm and attentive while still allowing us the privacy to enjoy our meal. We highly recommend this restaurant!
