A quality restaurant, never disappointed by either the service or the food; you can taste the quality of the products chosen by the chef, who has a real talent!!

Very good meal, sauerkraut with seafood, the meat, steak was excellent, the service and welcome were great, we had a good time, the chef came to talk in the dining room, we were the last ones.

This restaurant is absolutely exceptional; everything is homemade. The foie gras is a must-try, followed by the sea bass with beurre blanc sauce—absolutely excellent, meltingly creamy, and the fish flavor shines through beautifully. Finally, the dessert menu is a complete surprise; everything is homemade, from the airy floating islands to the wonderfully fruity sorbets and ice creams. I highly recommend this restaurant. Moreover, the service is impeccable, with a competent and friendly staff. A final touch goes to the restaurant owners, who seem like genuinely lovely people. In my opinion, it's the best restaurant in La Baule, both for its wonderful value and for the delicious food you'll eat.
