Homemade sea bream fillet straight from the freezer for 22 euros, a strawberry dessert without strawberries but frozen berries. The owner who talks on the terrace that people who have a camper van can afford it and that this is what the state should tax. THANK YOU, WE WILL NEVER RETURN.

Very friendly, warm and caring welcome. Humor on point ;-) Hearty and delicious dishes. Good advice on the dish/wine pairing. The terrace with a view of the Nantes-Brest canal is ideal in good weather. Great experience, to do again :-)

I find some comments really very harsh! The lunch menu is 16€50 starter, main course, dessert... I've been there twice for lunch and frankly it's not bad, especially when you're lucky enough to have a view of the canal and the Château de Blain... Homemade starter, homemade dessert... for me the address is under-rated by its detractors. For those who say it's frozen, I honestly have my doubts! For me it was fresh! Concerning the prices, compared to the competition (not that before 2019....) it is frankly correct.

My first visit, however, did not necessarily leave me with an unforgettable memory... I have also read the various opinions previously published and I remain doubtful. Let's get started. The location is ideally located on the edge of the Nantes-Brest canal with parking facilities along the quay. Small comment for the associations which request a road bypass of the municipality, know that you sign the death of the businesses due to the fact that the clientele often remains out of season of road professionals who will no longer stop in the restaurants....QED. First of all, the atmosphere of the establishment is a little heavy due to the decoration which deserves a major general refresh in order to be more attractive and up to date... Although of course the frame does not prejudge the quality of the plate. The toilets are also a little dated and old-fashioned and remain clean. Good welcome and good service. Very good starter, apparently homemade, avocado salad, smoked herring with garlic, famous if you like garlic. Dish of hake fillet with puree and homemade vegetables. Quite soft and tasty Far Breton dessert. In short, a pretty good experience. To summarize, average value for money. Just a little effort to reach the 4 stars that I would have been tempted to give if the setting and atmosphere were better. Of course, as always, reading an opinion is good but coming physically to get an idea remains the best way. In addition, each review should be accompanied by a photo of the meal card in order to prove the veracity of the review... Not complicated to implement. Just a desire from Google...
