We arrived on a Saturday at lunchtime without a reservation. It was our first time here and we weren't disappointed. The food was very good, and the welcome was warm.

We enjoyed our lunch. We probably chose the daily special without checking if there were any other options. The choices were chicken, a vegetarian option, or sirloin steak. The chicken leg was served with a delicious mustard and thyme sauce, a polenta cake, a roasted carrot, and a shallot. The sauce was generous, which we really appreciated. The house wine was perfectly acceptable. The rice pudding my wife ordered was a little dry. The service was good and the atmosphere pleasant, with a rather young clientele. I think most of the tables were occupied for lunch.

We had a very good coffee, but the service was slow and we waited quite a while. The restrooms weren't very clean and there was no toilet paper. The location is excellent.

A really nice place, the welcome is warm. Sylène is frequented by regulars, tourists, and people like me just passing through the neighborhood. You can order à la carte, have a coffee, a spirit... There are plenty of servers, and they're very busy, constantly moving from table to table, welcoming newcomers, seating them—they're well-practiced. A person behind the bar mainly prepares the orders taken by the servers; it's a real pleasure to meet them. I recommend it! 😎🪉
