The setting is really cool! I like the atmosphere.
The burgers are very good. Prepare well. A friend had some meat but the cooking was not respected but that again is nothing, it happens.
On the other hand, your Sunday server because it’s Sunday anyway. Really not professional. I understand that the job is hard. But damn, let me finish my meal while chatting quietly. We felt rushed because we didn't have dessert. Really average thoughts. In short, it's a shame. But I prefer a clumsy person to someone who is too confident and has a certain ease in getting away from bogus thoughts. Too bad because 5 stars are easy with the cuisine you offer.

Great time spent on the terrace on a Sunday lunchtime. The Parmentier, as well as the pasta dishes, are excellent at affordable prices.
The rest of the card looks pretty good too.
The terrine as a great starter too!

Just a small downside, it was my wife's birthday that we reported and no little attention as had been suggested to us, too bad! Hence the 4 💫

The maximum number of stars here is too few. Incredibly good French cuisine that leaves nothing to be desired. Certainly the top location in Troyes for people who really want to eat at the level of star cuisine. The wine and champagne list also reflects the boss's obvious demands. The boss impresses with her heart and charm towards all guests and their wishes. The service is at least as warm and courteous. A compliment across the board. If you go to Troyes you should have eaten here. Otherwise you weren't there. Thank you very much for wonderful evenings.

I absolutely recommend this place. My expectations were very low because usually city restaurants don’t make good food, but this surpassed our expectations.
I chose the beef brisket, it was delicious!

Very nice evening on the terrace. Excellent and hearty dishes with regional products. Superb welcome from the waiter who takes the time to chat despite the crowds. The only small downside is the proximity of the tables which makes it impossible to avoid hearing the neighbors' conversation. It still remains an excellent moment. I recommend. A couple from Maubeuge.

Brasserie avec grande terrasse donnant sur la rue piétonne. Brasserie touristique.
Les plats sont corrects mais rien d'exceptionnel.

Nous sommes arrivés à 6 dans un restaurant bondé, mais le serveur a fait le nécessaire afin de nous trouver une place.
En entrée des œufs mollets qui étaient excellents, mais dont on excellente sauce champignon manquait de chaleur.
Cela a été suivi parti par des parmentiers à l’effiloché de porc, ou encore une excellente truite, ou encore du bœuf parfaitement cuit.
Le repas s’est terminé par un bon café.
Le petit hic, le serveur nous amène 4 morceaux de pain alors que nous sommes 6.
À notre demande, il nous informe revenir avec une autre panière. Il ne reviendra pas.
Également, la salle est très bruyante.
Néanmoins, le repas était très bon, avec un rapport qualité prix honorable, et je recommande.
