I doubted an app could choose a restaurant, but it was this one that pointed me to this place that counts calories using a photo. The steak tartare was high in protein, delicious, and didn't taste diet-y at all. The service was quick and efficient.

One of the best meals we've had on our trip to France. 🇫🇷✨
Our favorite was definitely the flame-grilled salmon: spectacular, perfectly cooked, and with an incredible combination of flavors. The "competition" Charolais ribeye steak was also impressive, especially with its potato purée. And the beef tartare was delicious and very well prepared.
We paired it with a Desbœufs & Fils – Synergie Champagne, which perfectly complemented the meal. 🥂
Excellent ingredients, incredible flavors, and an experience we would repeat without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Excellent!
I wanted to try a local dish, so I ordered a "Welsh Reims," which was a bold choice considering the heatwave outside. The dish was light and delicious, like everything else I tried.
Highly recommended!

Passing through Reims, I returned after about ten years to this wonderful little bistro, just a 15-minute walk from the cathedral.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the restaurant offers affordable set menus (see photos).
I'll definitely be back!

While passing through Reims, we had dinner at this restaurant. The welcome was warm and the service quick.
The dishes were very good. The apricot dessert alone is reason enough to choose this restaurant. Exquisite and delicious.
