We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and we're glad we did. The food is good, though not exceptional, and this establishment uses only local products, which is commendable. Don't hesitate to ask if you'd like to linger over an aperitif, as the service is very quick. The waiter was friendly and proactive. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, as the dining room can accommodate a few people, but it didn't bother us. For those concerned, dogs are welcome in the dining room. We enjoyed our meal, although it's not the first restaurant we'll return to if we come back to Reims.

Tried it twice during our weekend in Reims. Absolutely fantastic. Relaxed welcome, impeccable service. Delicious food. And the menu is incredible, we wanted to try everything! Original setting, a bit like a trendy brasserie in a building steeped in history. That little touch of Eastern Europe we love! We'll be back... and we'll eat THERE (because: why change when you're happy 😉)

A wonderful discovery at this brasserie. A dynamic team, attentive and responsive to their customers. A touch of humor that's always welcome. Yes indeed! They chat with the customers, and it's a pleasure. The atmosphere is cozy and warm; you feel right at home. The menu is classic yet varied. There's something for everyone. Personally, I had the Ave Caesar salad. Excellent! Generously filled and hearty, I couldn't finish it (I took it home in a doggy bag—no way I was going to throw away such a delicious dish!). Finally, very good value for money. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes. Thank you to the team at Le Tablier, and keep up the great work!

Passing through Reims after a trail run, we stopped without a reservation, friendly welcome, good burgers and special mention to Appoline the waitress who was a little ray of sunshine throughout the service.

19/08/2026: We've watched the chef's cuisine flourish over the past few years. First one star, then a second, richly deserved. It's always a delight to discover the chef's new menus. The sommelier introduces us to some amazing wines. And what a surprise that Austrian Blakstok cider was with dessert.
15/08/2026: I thank my friend Rémy for sharing a memorable moment with me in an incredibly remarkable setting. Upon entering the establishment, we were delighted to find an intimate space, adorned with remarkably elegant materials and so beautifully arranged. We were welcomed with distinction and invited to take our seats overlooking the magnificent gardens. How can I describe our dinner? Exceptional precision of taste, perfectly balanced proportions, and above all, remarkable expertise that fully justifies the Michelin stars displayed at the entrance. We were treated to a succession of dishes worthy of a haute couture fashion show. I would like to sincerely thank the staff who contributed to our evening, filled with profound wonder, emotion, and delicious memories. A true pleasure and heartfelt thanks for an evening brimming with memories. 🙏

14/10/2026: Nice and atmospheric restaurant. The menu is somewhat atypical. For example, for our main course we were served a plate of "smoked ham" with some potatoes. Tasty, but rather monotonous. If you take that into account, it is certainly a place worth visiting.
14/10/2026: A must-visit for art deco lovers! Friendly service and atmosphere, very generous portions, this authentic place is a sure bet.
