Tacos are excellent, but as a Mexican, I have the right to point out that these tacos don't exist in Mexico and shouldn't be called tacos at all, but rather have another name, because it's a distorted form of cultural appropriation. This appropriation stems from the introduction of American Tex-Mex style fast food, which was then transformed into French-style fast food. It's an insult to both French and Mexican cuisine. There's nothing left to do but accept this appropriation of the name, but I simply wish the French were aware of this reality.
