MAGNIFICENT! An exceptional Vietnamese restaurant! I ate here with my father, mother, and dog. They prepared plain chicken just for my dog, which was very kind of them. Everything was absolutely phenomenal: delicious, authentic dishes prepared with great care. Jean-Max welcomed and served us wonderfully, and his mother, who is in the kitchen, is a remarkable chef. You can feel all the family passion behind each dish. Don't miss the spicy beef and the flambéed bananas. A superb discovery and a must-try. You absolutely have to go! MUST GO HERE IF YOU COME TO ÎLE ROUSSE!
