17/09/2026: Beautiful restaurant with a stunning view of the beach, practically with your feet in the sand, perfect for watching the sunset. We opted for the octopus, which was delicious. Diego provided very friendly and impeccable service. However, we didn't understand the origin of the meat served at this restaurant. While we didn't eat any meat, they had EU beef and, more importantly, Spanish pork, even though we were in Corsica. I'd like an explanation...

13/09/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant. Even though it's the end of the season, the staff remains incredibly pleasant, attentive, and friendly. Finally, the food is fresh and delicious. It's a sure bet!

07/09/2026: A very pleasant restaurant in the old town with Corsican specialties. I recommend the Corsican veal tianu, either with zucchini fritters or pasta, or the cannelloni stuffed with broccoli. The food is homemade using only fresh products bought every morning by the owner, Clémentine, who is very kind and hardworking.

28/08/2026: MAGNIFICENT! An exceptional Vietnamese restaurant! I ate here with my father, mother, and dog. They prepared plain chicken just for my dog, which was very kind of them. Everything was absolutely phenomenal: delicious, authentic dishes prepared with great care. Jean-Max welcomed and served us wonderfully, and his mother, who is in the kitchen, is a remarkable chef. You can feel all the family passion behind each dish. Don't miss the spicy beef and the flambéed bananas. A superb discovery and a must-try. You absolutely have to go! MUST GO HERE IF YOU COME TO ÎLE ROUSSE!

24/08/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant yesterday doesn't reflect the positive reviews. We didn't receive the menu until about 20 minutes later. Our attempts to speak English with the server failed miserably, as the French-speaking server kept disappearing into the kitchen. So far, so good. We opted for the set menu. The appetizer didn't arrive for over an hour. Then we were informed that the beef set menu was no longer available, which was perfectly fine up to that point. The wait had ballooned to two hours, and the other guests were visibly annoyed. At this point, we decided to leave, and I asked for the bill. Initially, the server wanted to charge the full price of the set menu, which I certainly wasn't willing to pay under these circumstances! We eventually came to an agreement, but I was still disappointed that this promising restaurant didn't live up to expectations yesterday. It's a shame because the food really did look good.

01/09/2026: Just for the little Fiadone, I'll be back on my next trip to L'Île-Rousse. A warm welcome, and that makes all the difference in the morning, setting the perfect start to the day!

10/09/2026: A superb spot at the end of the harbor. Delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Very welcoming staff and efficient service. A great experience that I highly recommend. And the owner's wife, Marthe, to top it all off.
