Le Tamarin sur Gruissan

The food was excellent, no complaints there. It's a shame the woman taking our orders was so insistent that we finish our meals and leave. They were all very nice, even her, but she kept coming over and rushing us. Perhaps that wasn't her intention, but that's how we took it. It's a pity.

The mussels were large and delicious, the Colonel ice cream was slightly melted, allowing it to blend with the vodka, which I found a good thing. However, the wait for the appetizer was an hour, the wait for the main course was 30 minutes, and the wait for dessert was 15 minutes, making a total of almost two hours. And it wasn't just bad luck, as it happened twice. But the servers were friendly. The atmosphere was awful; it wasn't their fault, but there was far too much deafening music, and that was the case for both meals. Once at the register, the cashier needed a calculator to do 96.25 - 40. Imagine, students are desperately looking for work, and this kind of person gets hired! -_- In short, 4/5 because the mussels were really good and large, and none of them were empty. But without that, it would be a 1/5

We were served by Clara, who was very pleasant and attentive! Have a Clara in all your restaurants!!

The "gourmet platter" looks substantial, but it's just salad, two tiny pieces of duck breast, and two slices of foie gras... They could do better.

Honestly, the best restaurant I've ever eaten at! 👍 The appetizer, main course, and dessert were all very generous portions and absolutely delicious. The staff was superb and energetic. Great location near the port. 🤩 I'll definitely be back.
