03/10/2026: So for my birthday we chose "Les Deux Oliviers"... Warm welcome, chairs a bit stiff... I ordered à la carte: everything was perfect - the sea bream of the day was a little bland but very fresh - My partner was quite disappointed by the starter: undercooked leeks wrapped in dry seaweed! His main course was a very fatty piece of pork loin... he was sick all night... So, for €150, a big disappointment... we were really looking forward to it!

Diane is so radiant, welcoming, and warm; she makes you feel like you're visiting friends. And Thierry in the kitchen...what talent! You can feel the passion, the love for their craft, and above all, the desire to please. An excellent experience and, above all, a place I recommend without hesitation! Bravo to you both...and please don't change a thing! We will be back with great pleasure! 🥂✨️

22/09/2026: Disappointing We arrived relatively early on the terrace one evening last week and were warmly welcomed. Our aperitif was served quickly, but we didn't have time to fully appreciate it because our starter arrived just three minutes later. After that, the wait was very long, a real breakdown in the service. The wait between the main course and dessert was also long. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly, but it was far from tender! I would therefore conclude by saying that even the most pleasant welcome is not enough to ensure an enjoyable evening at a restaurant.

12/10/2026: A truly memorable evening for our group of around forty colleagues! We concluded our seminar at Le Grand Soleil (on November 25th) and everything was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to Eva for the preparation and organization of the event, and a massive thank you to Margaux for her warm welcome and impeccable management of the evening. The food was superb, the service flawless, and the staff all smiles. Everyone has wonderful memories of it. Bravo and thank you to the entire team – it was a truly perfect experience!

10/09/2026: Two years ago, it was already perfect… and this time again, perfect! 😊 The welcome, the food, the desserts… everything was excellent. A small comment perhaps regarding the dessert on the children's menu: my daughter would have preferred a dessert like ours (well, a little less childish), which she found much better. Hers seemed a bit too "artificial." But of course, that depends on each child's taste! 😉 We will gladly return!

29/09/2026: I regularly come here to pick up a lovely white Vin de Pays, Les Sens des Étangs, or a Merlot. The cooperative also offers local products, including really delicious rice and other small snacks perfect for sharing as an appetizer. You can also put together beautiful gift baskets.

24/09/2026: Friendly staff, good wines from La Clape and the surrounding area, reasonable prices. A bonus: culinary specialties from Gruissan – plenty of gift ideas.

18/08/2026: A very warm welcome and very friendly staff! 😊 We opted to treat ourselves to the scallop menu, accompanied by a bottle of white wine from Domaine de la Clape, a very good local wine. 🍷 We weren't disappointed! The ingredients were of very high quality, the dishes were delicious, and we had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

18/09/2026: We had the Bette Bleu burger, it was tasty. We found the fries a bit too greasy, but they were flavorful.

17/09/2026: Excellent food, lunch on the terrace in mid-September, no reservation required. Very welcoming. The daily special, grilled octopus, was superb! Efficient service with a smile. Highly recommended.
