Situé sur une petite place ombragée, on mange bien au Tamaris , une cuisine méditerranéenne faite maison. Ma seiche à la plancha était superbement cuite et délicieuse. Mon époux a pris l’entrecôte de taureau dont la cuisson était juste parfaite , la viande était très savoureuse . Ici l’accueil est très sympa et personnalisé. Une bonne petite adresse sans prétention que je recommande.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the meal and all that at an attractive price!!! We recommend +++ and if we come back to Les Saintes, we will not hesitate to go back!!

Thank you for this good meal, excellent value for money.. Very good and friendly, friendly service.. We will definitely come back.... thunderous paella and very very substantial gourmet coffee... don't change a thing!

I was there this evening (06/06/'24) for dinner and we ate VERY WELL, the staff were really welcoming, the food was exceptional, we had a portion of scottadeo mussels, a mixed starter and a Paella.everything was really good, I would go back if only I didn't live in the north of Italy

Buon menù e buon servizio. Prezzi adeguati. Personale gentile. Ampia offerta alla carta. Non siamo stati importunati come in molti altri locali di StMarie al fine di accomodarci per la serata.

12/08/2024: Repas de midi en famille. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Cuisine camarguaise sans chichi mais copieuse et préparée avec de bons produits . Desserts maison. Excellent rapport qualité /prix Attente un peu longue mais justifiée pour un mois d’Août.
29/07/2024: Accueil très sympathique dans le centre animé. Choix variés de plats typiques et très bon rapport qualité prix. Le menu est très bien servi et les plats délicieux.

20/09/2024: Magnificent hotel! All the staff are charming and attentive! The breakfast is super generous! The swimming lane is perfect, with bikes! Massages and facials at the top! The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the center of Les Saintes! Great hotel, we will come back!
18/09/2024: Very good hotel restaurant with two swimming pools, a spa, a beautiful Mediterranean garden and ample parking... Pleasant staff and ideal location for discovering the Camargue.
