A really lovely restaurant in the heart of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The paella was excellent, as was the mixed seafood platter. There's a wide variety of dishes to choose from, so you're sure to find something you like. The owners are welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this place.

Stopped for lunch and fish of day was sea bass, so we both ordered. Owner is charming and hospitable, his family wonderful. Would go back.

Family-run restaurant. Very good food. The paella we had was excellent and plentiful. Only the dessert, the crème caramel, advertised as homemade, wasn't... It was store-bought caramel and the cream was made from a packet. The waitresses are welcoming and the service attentive.

What a pleasant surprise to eat at Le Tamaris! Traditional comfort food, a clearly family-friendly atmosphere, very comfortable seating, and impeccable service. We shared fried squid with rouille sauce as a starter, followed by mussels in cream sauce (Poulette) and a Gardiane de Taureau (bull stew) with Camargue rice. Absolutely everything was fresh and delicious, without any fuss. Highly recommended.

We found all the food delicious, from the paella to the typical Camargue dish of bull stew and rice with vegetables. The desserts were also delicious. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast. The prices were fair for the quality of the food. We highly recommend it.
