I had the pleasure of spending an incredible evening at Le Tanger! The warm welcome, attentive service, and cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for a convivial evening. The value for money was also more than impeccable!

I had a wonderful day at "Le Tanger" in Saint-Étienne! The welcome and service were excellent, the waiters were very kind and efficient. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a stylish setting and tasteful decor. The value for money is also excellent. It's very easy to get there; I didn't have to wait long to be seated. Spotlessly clean, I highly recommend it!

Excellent couscous: a flavorful yet light broth, a variety of al dente vegetables, very fine semolina, seasoned meats, raisins, and harissa—all in generous portions, carefully prepared, and served in different dishes with a smile. The only slight drawback is the dining room, which is cramped and cold. And above all, don't be fooled by the storefront, which might lead you to believe the restaurant is closed and abandoned! After 38 years of loyal service.

This restaurant really deserves to be known; the food is excellent, the service is perfect, and the owner is very friendly.
