This is the only place where I'm blown away every time I go back. The grape and apricot tagine is simply incredible; it has everything you could want in a good couscous: the semolina is fine, the sauce is rich but doesn't overpower the vegetables, not to mention the incredibly tender meat. The owner is absolutely lovely and very welcoming. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful day at "Le Tanger" in Saint-Étienne! The welcome and service were excellent, the waiters were very kind and efficient. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a stylish setting and tasteful decor. The value for money is also excellent. It's very easy to get there; I didn't have to wait long to be seated. Spotlessly clean, I highly recommend it!
