Very nice place. The rooms are comfortable, but a small fridge would be nice! The staff is friendly. The only negative point: the wait to access the breakfast room is too long!!!
Well-located hotel, a 700m walk from the Zooparc's south entrance. The pedestrian path that runs alongside the Zooparc parking lots is directly accessible from the hotel gardens and is accessible to pedestrians and strollers.
The hotel is composed of small two-story complexes, and the rooms are arranged around the central staircase (and elevator).
A swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel, but the number of loungers and umbrellas is quite limited given the limited space around the pool. Needless to say, it quickly becomes overcrowded with children and is therefore quite noisy. The Pagodes pool is larger with much more space.
The rooms are spacious and clean, but the interior design leaves something to be desired! No fridge, no safe, a closet that dates back to Methuselah (we don't dare open it too much for fear of waking the entire building), a bed but no other armchairs or sofas, resulting in a feeling of emptiness. Our very clean bathroom was equipped with a bathtub (for children) and a shower. Towel dryer, hairdryer...
The meals (breakfast and dinner) were buffet-style and very generous, as everywhere else in the Zooparc. Even if you're staying for several days, you can vary your menu. You must reserve your time slot in advance, and you can't arrive before the scheduled time!
We do regret the lack of a refrigerated water fountain in the complex.
Finally, the staff was very pleasant, very responsive, and very professional.
But this is still, above all, a hotel for an overnight stay!
