Overall, a very nice hotel, though a bit overpriced considering the somewhat 80s style of the buildings and the buffet-style dining, which feels a bit like a cafeteria: a proper sit-down restaurant option is needed.
The experience was very good, especially thanks to the very friendly staff. It's close to the park, which is much better with children, and the rooms are spotless.

A fantastic experience at this beautiful hotel.

The place is clean and tidy.
The breakfast and dinner buffets aren't very varied, which is a shame. Nothing special.
The room is nice, but the hair under the bed linens was disappointing.
We also noticed that the Balinese theme could have been more pronounced.

Lovely hotel and park located near the zoo. Easily accessible on foot from the zoo parking lot as well as by car. Spotless room! Excellent restaurant service with a lovely all-you-can-eat buffet for dinner and breakfast.

One night at the hotel, 5 minutes from the zoo, perfect for making the most of the park. The meals and breakfast were very good. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and spa were a big plus.

A warm and welcoming reception, close to the park, a magnificent setting, and excellent bedding. I requested rose petals in the room for my partner's birthday, and they were done with such care; there were even petals in the bathroom—it was magical and had a wonderful effect 🥰. Thank you again to the entire hotel team; we loved our stay.
One small drawback: the evening meal; some dishes were far too salty.
We will definitely be back!

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the zoo, allowing us to walk there. No regrets!
The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated, with a main lobby housing the restaurant, and pavilions scattered throughout a large park.
We stayed in a junior suite in the Hibiscus Pavilion, which was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable for a couple with a 4-year-old. The pool was closed (out of season), but this wasn't a problem, as we were able to fully enjoy the zoo.
We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, where the buffet was perfect! Only fresh, high-quality products, and the staff were incredibly attentive.

Very nice hotel, pleasant setting, friendly staff, decent room. One small drawback: a small refrigerator is needed. As for the restaurant, the buffet was excellent and had everything you could need. Thank you.
