Excellent stay at the Hotel Les Jardins de Beauval! The hotel is ideally located, just 5 minutes from the Beauval Zoo/Safari Park, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and perfectly soundproofed, allowing you to truly relax after a day of sightseeing. The dinner and breakfast buffets are very varied and of excellent quality. There really is something for everyone, both adults and children. A special mention goes to Kevin at reception, who was exceptional throughout our stay: very attentive, kind, and professional. With two young children, we felt welcomed with kindness and without any judgment, unlike some experiences we sometimes have in other hotels. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return to enjoy the pool!

Great welcome, the hotel is magnificent, the setting is really soothing, the rooms are spacious and quiet, and the bar makes great cocktails. I recommend the Beauval gardens, we are a 5 minute walk from the zoo so no need to take the car.

Room: Great location (I opted for the lake view) and very spacious. The only downside is the soundproofing: you can hear everything that's going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms (toilets, TVs, etc.). Service: Absolutely top-notch! Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Location: 700m walk from the zoo, what more could you ask for? And a big plus for the free electric charging stations available in the Hotel des Pagodes parking lot.

The hotel was magnificent, ideally located, with lovely staff, a calm and pleasant pool, and a very nice room. Our stay got off to a perfect start. However, we were quite disappointed by the restaurant, especially considering the price of the buffet (around €30 per person). We had booked a table for 8 pm and decided to have a drink on the terrace before dinner. We arrived around 7 pm and waited until 7:45 pm without any staff member taking our order. We finally gave up on the idea of ​​drinks and went straight to our table. Once in the restaurant, we were still able to order cocktails, which were excellent and reasonably priced. One surprising detail, though: only one draft beer was offered, whereas there was a wider selection at some of the park's snack bars. As for the buffet, the disappointment continued. Very few items seemed "homemade": tabbouleh, pre-shredded carrots, store-bought mayonnaise, frozen fries… For a buffet at this price, it's a bit disappointing. Honestly, we preferred some of the meals we had in the park. I shared my thoughts with a staff member at the end of the meal, who replied, "It's difficult to do better with 400 covers." I can understand the logistical challenges, but it's still a shame considering the hotel's standard. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent, with a much wider selection and significantly better quality than dinner 😅

The staff is very professional. The spacious rooms are very clean and comfortable. The evening and breakfast buffets are very well-stocked and plentiful. I highly recommend it.
