Very nice hotel which allows you to go to the zoo quickly on foot about 5-10 minutes Room ok even if a little oversight on the part of the cleaning staff (forgot a towel, nothing serious and perfect hygiene) and very fine insulation where you can hear the neighbors/children Restaurant ok even if I admit that I would have liked more choice in terms of dishes Small downside: the catering staff who seemed lost at times with forgotten orders or table order errors heard several times by table neighbors or even us (I suppose there is recent recruitment in holiday view) but very friendly staff

Pleasant and quiet hotel, close to the Beauval zoo park, no need for a car. Attentive staff. We had a very good stay.

Pleasant stay in this hotel! You can enjoy a magnificent and peaceful setting. The staff is welcoming and available. The hotel is a stone's throw from Beauval which is a plus. Breakfast is included and is really good! Sober, but qualitative. You will have savory and sweet options ranging from cereals to toast to fruit salad. And everything is qualitative, the spread is French and artisanal, the juices the same. The downside would be the rooms which are quite ordinary. The TV is not very big, the toilets are a little small, the bathtub too. The bedding is firm and will not please everyone. However, we slept very well. Also it would be nice to have power strips at the bedside, we unplugged the lamps to charge our phones! The hotel's decor is worth noting, both inside and out, it's just sublime!

Great discovery of this hotel, a 5-minute walk from the park, so a perfect location! It's all in the detail, the room has all the amenities. The buffet is generous and of very good quality. The restaurant service is very appreciable and the young people are all smiling and helpful! The whole team gave us a very warm welcome!

A very very very nice hotel. One of the most beautiful I have seen in my life. Let's start with what's wrong, and what justifies the removal of a star, just to end on a positive note: - First, the sound insulation: we could hear absolutely everything the neighbors in the next room said, and even when they pressed the switches. Still, from top to bottom, the insulation seemed just fine; and from the bedroom to the hallway, too (yet, in general, it is not well insulated in this sense). However, the reception was very responsive and resolved the problem quickly, by calling these noisy neighbors (after 11 p.m. anyway..) - Also, I don't know if I was the problem in the story, but I slept very, very poorly with the bedding which was a little hard, and the cushions which were very imposing. But I guess it's me, because the person I came with slept well. Regarding the rest : - Breakfast was SUPER good. I highly recommend the hot chocolate and croissants! Everything looks fresh and it was really good quality. This is quite rare in hotels, even in hotels more expensive than the Jardins de Beauval. - The magnificent “decoration”, the charming gardens, the “pavilion” side, it was just incredible. - The room was large and spacious, with a bathtub. - The service was great, smiling, welcoming, professional and very pleasant! - Next to the Beauval zoo Really, apart from the soundproofing (maybe just our room had a problem?), it was a wonderful experience!

Very nice hotel! Ideal location for the Zoo, attentive staff. Buffet dinner and perfectly adequate breakfast. In short, the ideal place to visit the most beautiful Zoo in France. Very small downside for the soundproofing of the rooms. We can hear a little of what’s happening next door 😜😉
