Passing through Montélimar, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant where the waitress was immediately pleasant. I ordered the daily special: pan-seared scallops. What a disappointment! They were really not good, not fresh at all. I didn't even finish them, even though I usually love them. The mashed potatoes on the side were very good but cold. A shame! The service was adequate.

Excellent restaurant. The couscous, a daily special, was delicious, as was the tagine my wife ordered. The waiter was also very friendly. No complaints whatsoever. We had a wonderful time.

A warm atmosphere and friendly service. Everything is delicious and served quickly, but without rushing the customer. It's not noisy inside, and it's pleasantly warm in winter.

13/02/2026: Virginie, who served us, was wonderful. Truly very pleasant. She took the time to explain everything and chat with us a bit. This kind of person is becoming increasingly rare.
11/02/2026: Passing through Montélimar on numerous occasions, I never fail to stop at the "Brasserie des Négociants." The management and staff are particularly welcoming, professional, and kind. While the establishment maintains rigorous hygiene standards, I was taken aback by a comment I read... perhaps the author should verify the accuracy of their statements and check their sources more thoroughly. Without hesitation, I give this establishment 5/5, both for its warm welcome, the professionalism of the management and staff, and the absolutely impeccable hygiene.
