Another excellent evening at Rooster! It wasn't our first time, and it's always a real pleasure to return. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is warm, and the food is consistently excellent. I particularly loved the bluefin tuna with its bell pepper sorbet: a combination that might seem unusual, but is simply delicious. A big thank you to Chef Frédéric Duca, who came to our table to present the dishes and share his passion with such simplicity and kindness. It's these little touches that make all the difference and make the experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely delicious! Impeccable service! Two minor comments considering the price: more comfortable seating and a tablecloth.

The cuisine was excellent, refined, and perfectly executed. The staff was welcoming and pleasant, and the service was top-notch. One minor drawback: within two minutes, three different people came to ask if we had made our choices. This attentiveness was appreciated, but a little too insistent. Finally, during the heatwave, it was very hot in the dining room. Air conditioning would have provided added comfort, especially considering the price, and would have allowed us to fully enjoy this wonderful experience. A truly excellent restaurant for lovers of fine cuisine.

Absolutely outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The food was exceptional, every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Everything was truly on a very high level. A special mention goes to the sommelier, whose wine recommendation was absolutely spot on and paired perfectly with our meal. We highly recommend Rooster and will definitely be back!

The choice of ingredients, the preparation of each dish, the presentation, the sublime bread, the delicious amuse-bouche, the divine chocolate dessert, the service, the little terrace with its wildflowers... Flawless from beginning to end! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, thank you! Special mention to the brain fritters. What a joy to find them on your menu! They bring back fond memories of my home country (Spain). We'll be back!!!!

High-quality dinner! Top-notch service, the chef coming around to introduce himself and chat with the guests, a great atmosphere evident between the service and the kitchen, really cool combinations, perfectly cooked fish, and a chocolate dessert you won't forget! Bravo!

A wonderful discovery! This restaurant offers refined, seasonal cuisine at a very affordable price thanks to its lunchtime menu (even on Mondays). I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
