Le Terminus sur L'Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue

A real treat at Terminus in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue! The tripe and trotters were simply excellent: perfectly cooked, with a rich, flavorful, well-bound, generous, and authentic sauce, just the way we like it in Provence. The meat was meltingly tender and fragrant, and the seasoning was perfectly balanced. The potatoes, simple yet impeccable, complemented the dish wonderfully and allowed us to savor every last drop of sauce. You can taste the respect for tradition and the homemade quality in every bite. A generous, comforting dish full of character. Bravo to the chef and the entire team, as well as the waitress, for this delicious experience. A must-visit for lovers of authentic Provençal cuisine!
