Good restaurant, a comforting meal after a great morning of skiing. Very quick service, which helps make the most of the day.

The wait wasn't as long as I'd read. The servers were friendly and the meal was really very good: the daily special was ribs. Pleasantly surprised, plus the portion was generous! Honestly, if we had to choose from the mountain restaurants, we'd go back to this one! Besides the fact that it's really good, they offer digestifs. Nothing to complain about, it was great.

For years, we've stopped at Le Tètras, whether for lunch, a beer, or a hot chocolate with whipped cream by the fire, like this morning. We've seen all the improvements made to this place over the years. We love this restaurant; it's well-situated, well-maintained, and we appreciate the welcoming owners. It's easily accessible from the Col des Lacs or from the Le Moulin chairlift, and what's more, it's accessible to pedestrians via the same chairlift. There's also a snack bar, so there's something for everyone. P.S.: It's nice that they accept the Swile card. Virginie and Alex

Perfect, lovely staff (especially the lady at the bar), perfect place to stop, have a drink and chat. Thanks again for helping me make the phone call when there was no signal :)

The welcome and service were very disappointing. The waiter wanted to take our order as soon as we arrived, even though we had barely sat down. When we explained that we hadn't yet chosen our drinks, he responded irritably, making inappropriate remarks. We were 10 people at the table with only one menu, which we pointed out to him, and he replied mockingly that "it'll blow away in the wind," which was completely unnecessary and unpleasant. When he brought the drinks, my glass of syrup was badly cracked. For safety reasons, I asked for a replacement, and his reaction was once again very inappropriate: "But it's not going to explode in your face," followed by a comment to his colleague along the lines of: "Give the lady a glass that won't explode, she's afraid it will." Making these kinds of comments in front of a customer is unacceptable, especially since paying €3.60 for a glass of syrup entitles one to a minimum of consideration. Regarding the service, the first two courses arrived after 20 minutes, and the others more than 30 minutes later, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Those served first had already finished their meals while others were still waiting. Even bringing cutlery was a hassle. When it came time to pay the bill (around €250), the waiter told us that payment would be made at the table, then disappeared for more than 15 minutes. We had to get up to ask his colleague, who told us that it would only be done with him. Since the bill was split, the waiter wasn't even able to calculate the amounts: it was up to the customers to do the calculations themselves, which is frankly unheard of. Furthermore, he added 3 cents to each payment, which, even if the amount is small, raises a serious question of honesty. In short, a very mediocre experience, ruined by the behavior of a particularly unpleasant and unprofessional waiter.

The place is cool, the food and service are top-notch, the staff are friendly, and we were even offered génépi liqueur after our meals. I recommend it.
