I wanted to share my exceptional experience during my various visits to Thé Lait Ski. I wasn't aware of the new management since the takeover, but thanks to a longer-than-usual stay in Albiez, I had the pleasure of rediscovering this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a particularly friendly team, immediately creating a welcoming atmosphere. The music playlist is also a highlight: it's perfectly chosen, not too loud, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant moment without being disturbed. The warm ambiance here is a real plus. And what's more, dogs are welcome. The owner has a clear vision for revitalizing this place, and he's absolutely right. That's exactly what Albiez needs. Furthermore, the food, while simple, is delicious and satisfying. My only minor criticism would be the absence of apricot jam on the menu for the crêpes! But that doesn't detract from the overall quality of my visits at all. 🤣 In short, Thé Lait Ski has become one of my favorite places in Albiez. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a relaxing time with family or friends. Well done to the whole team!!! 😀
