Delicious food, quick and efficient service. However, a couple of minor drawbacks: the extra charges—€1 for a slice of lemon in the beer!!! and €8 for the morels that accompany the veal steak. That's a third of the price of the steak. That said, it was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. There were no scallops in the vol-au-vent and very little sweetbread in the starter.

A very good restaurant with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The quality of the food and the service are top-notch! It's a sure bet and a must-visit in Salins-les-Bains!

Passing through Salins-les-Bains for a romantic weekend, we received a warm welcome, the servers were fantastic and very professional, always attentive to our needs! The €36.50 set menu was excellent, everything was perfect, high-quality ingredients and quick service. I highly recommend it!
