Le Thermal Dole sur Salins-Les-Bains

My partner and I visited your brasserie today. Here are our suggestions for improvement: - The mojito was too sweet with powdered sugar, not balanced. - The bruschetta was impeccable. - The morel mushroom tart had an original presentation on the plate. The quality of the morels was questionable, and the cream sauce was too bland. Serving it with a salad was inappropriate. It was difficult to cut the undercooked bread with the starter knife. The choice of knife was unsuitable. - The cutlery should not be changed between courses 😢 - The ribeye steak was well-prepared and cooked perfectly. The wild garlic sauce had an unpleasant emulsified texture. The flavor was good. It's a shame the fries were frozen (although they were cooked well). Thank you for not including a salad when I only ordered fries (the first time in my life!). The surf and turf salad was very generous, but unfortunately, extremely unbalanced. Lots of lettuce and salmon. Very little asparagus or avocado, and almost no duck breast. The gourmet coffee was very good. The miniature pastries were beautiful and delicious. The value for money is very good. The service was excellent: not intrusive, allowing ample time, and not pushy between courses. The waiters were polite and friendly. Part of the terrace is right next to the road; it's best to sit inside. The section near the entrance maintains this aspect, but the tables are very close together. We felt it was a good idea to refrain from smoking. This establishment is very honest overall for a place to stop over, and the prices aren't extortionate. Wishing you continued success.

A small brasserie that I recommend 100%. Very good, generous dishes, very professional and pleasant staff, a beautiful setting and more than reasonable prices.

We had the chef's menu. The food was excellent. Compliments to the chef. However, the staff were so busy that they started running around. That made me very restless. I wanted to speak French, but that didn't really work out because I knew they wanted to move on. Hence the 4 stars.

This is our second time at Brasserie La Thermal, and it's just as good as the first time! The service is very friendly and efficient, the food is varied and delicious, with generous portions (whether it's the Comtois burger, the pizzas, or the set menu), and the atmosphere is fantastic, with a live band to entertain you. I highly recommend it!
