Salad was great, fries were very average, sausage was great.

Very happy to find a bistro and a grocery store open on the Cathar trail between Quillan and Puivert, we were very well received there by Erik. Attentive, attentive to his customers. No fuss. Simple local cuisine: we had a plate of regional specialties. Excellent and generous. Controlled prices. A good time. Sabine and Simon

Too good. The two bosses are super nice. We go there and come back for the pleasure of having a great time.

Nice! A good starting point to discover the Green Labyrinth.

After a great walk in the green labyrinth we refreshed ourselves in this typical calm and peaceful place. The service is very welcoming (you have to accept a delay, we are not in a large brasserie). The prices are more than reasonable!

After a somewhat chaotic start two years ago, the owners, a nice and quiet couple and a little elderly, found their way. Small nice terrace opposite and for summer a garden next door, pleasant and shaded. Simple lunch. (Good) Meat, salad, homemade and crispy fries. THANKS! I always feel welcome.

After the green maze, we wanted to have lunch in the only establishment in Nebias. Too bad there is no more bread at lunchtime when there are offers of sandwiches, paninis and plates on the sign in front of the restaurant! 😳 FYI no catering on Wednesdays at Thury.

Quite pleasant country restaurant, the dishes are plentiful, delicious, homemade. I recommend.
