We had dinner in this bistro after a grueling day of hiking. Laure and Éric welcomed us like kings. We were very late, they waited for us and prepared an excellent dinner just for the two of us. A great evening full of kindness in addition to a great meal! Thank you for this proof of humanity. Good luck to you both and a thousand thanks again 😊 Isabelle and Marc (hikers who are fans of Ginoles in spite of themselves 😉😂)

Salad was great, fries were very average, sausage was great.

Very happy to find a bistro and a grocery store open on the Cathar trail between Quillan and Puivert, we were very well received there by Erik. Attentive, attentive to his customers. No fuss. Too good. The two bosses are super nice. We go there and come back for the pleasure of having a great time.

Nice! A good starting point to discover the Green Labyrinth.

After a great walk in the green labyrinth we refreshed ourselves in this typical calm and peaceful place. The service is very welcoming (you have to accept a delay, we are not in a large brasserie). The prices are more than reasonable!
