Very well located, beautiful setting for a great time and a delicious meal! Or just for a drink

We came to Sauzon as pure tourists for the first time. And to tell you the truth, this meal with my partner is among the best we've had in our 18 years together (that's saying something 😅). The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are spot on, there's nothing superfluous, and the presentation is impeccable. The staff is friendly and the owner is dedicated. So yes, good things come at a price (without being excessive), but it's all justified. It's good, even very good. As a side note, on the menu, a small note reminds you that products not made on-site are marked with an asterisk (*). I invite you to find the asterisk.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The dishes were very refined and quite generous (5 tapas for 2 adults), and the homemade bread with salted butter was amazing!! We'll be back 🤗
