The food is truly excellent; the couscous is superb, generous, and bursting with flavor. The entire team is pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
My only slight criticism is that the decor could perhaps use a touch of modernization. But this is a minor point, given the exceptional quality of the food and service.
A fantastic place that I wholeheartedly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

I ordered a vegetarian tagine and paid the price of a chicken tagine. Very disappointed; the green beans and peas were canned, and there were only 3 carrots and 3 potatoes. It's changed owners and it shows. The wines are very expensive. I won't be going back.

What a big surprise we experienced in Lens! We entered the well designed restaurant and got a very warm welcom with a big smile, got a nice place and enjoyed a warm atmosphere. The service was personal. The communication went with much pleasure/humor. So we started very satisfied. This feeling grew during the evening! The two different tajins we ate were delicious! We wish everyone such nice evenings in Le Timbag!

This was my second visit with friends, and I was delighted once again. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive and exceptionally pleasant! And what a delicious meal we enjoyed from start to finish! Some restaurants should take note; you have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of! Well done!

Having come from Touraine for the weekend, we just had dinner at this wonderful restaurant with my friend, her son, and her friend Chloé.

A first time here tonight and we weren't disappointed! We were craving couscous at 8:30 pm on match night, with a hungry child. The service was incredibly fast, and we even got a doggy bag when we left because we were so well served. And top marks go to the staff who were so attentive to their customers. Thanks again to the Timgad team. I highly recommend it!
