At over 20 euros a portion for a meatball and a chicken leg in steamed carrot broth, it's expensive. It was recommended to me because it was supposedly a generous meal for no more than 20 euros… I was ashamed to invite people… very disappointed. I hope it will be better next time.

This restaurant is located in a quiet square with a beautiful trompe-l'oeil painting on one of the walls. We opted for couscous, which was delicious and plentiful. We received excellent service. The chef came to chat a few words about his establishment. I recommend this restaurant with its Moroccan flavors.

This afternoon we ate excellent couscous in this restaurant. Friendly waiter. The weather was nice so we were able to eat outside. The mint tea was also very good, as was the dessert.

11/10/2025: We were given a very warm welcome upon our arrival. A delicious local menu followed by a complimentary appetizer... a very pleasant experience with a little background music and a chat with the owner. A small establishment in the old town of Mende, which requires a reservation in advance. A must-see address. Everything was excellent. See you next time on your next visit to Mende.

23/10/2025: Great restaurant, great owner! Very pleasant welcome and the food is good, and for very reasonable prices! Plus, there's a new covered terrace! I definitely recommend this nice little restaurant! 😁
