28/01/2026: What an amazing place! The half-pints are cheap and the glasses are generously filled. The owners are incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the food is fantastic!

18/07/2026: Unpleasant manager. No credit cards accepted for purchases under €10... which I can understand for a business that isn't very busy. The manager adds... "I make €3,000 a year doing this..." (by not taking credit cards... he'd already told us this for two glasses of wine). He adds... "a little cash..." I don't want to misinterpret that! Then there's the waiter who has to hold the bottles for him to open them while his other hand is free. All of this leaves a bad impression, which is also confirmed by other friends.

12/07/2026: Avoid this place! They repeatedly forget things (reservations, glasses, bread, coffee, etc.). Hotel guests are better served than those who just come to eat. The oil used for the fries must have been from the Beast of Gévaudan, and the sauces are microwaved. The cashier is condescending as soon as you ask her a question. It's a shame because the setting is magnificent, right in front of the cathedral.

10/07/2026: The place is very nice and comfortable, but you need to bring cash with you because card payments start at 8 euros 😅

16/05/2026: A lovely spot where you can really feel the importance placed on quality, locally sourced products. The menu is enticing from start to finish. The whole team is welcoming, smiling, and pleasant; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A wonderful takeover that has truly breathed new life into the place, in a friendly atmosphere. I can't wait to enjoy the terrace when the weather gets warmer; I highly recommend it! 😊

09/05/2026: Reopened a week ago. Good momentum. We received a warm welcome. The burgers are made with local ingredients. It makes you want to come back.

29/01/2026: It's more like a two-star than a three-star hotel. I was given a supposedly luxury room without being told it was a special room for disabled guests. While I have nothing against disabled people, it would have been helpful to be informed beforehand. The rooms are mediocre and often very crowded in the morning showers, with no hot water – in short, a disaster. Not to mention the noise from the upstairs neighbor until midnight, when it sounded like she was moving furniture. The reception was pleasant enough, and the hostess isn't to blame, but overall, not a great experience.
