A wonderful discovery in Angoulême! Le Tire-Bouchon boasts a superb wine list, with numerous options to complement its refined and flavorful cuisine. Special mention must also go to the cheese platter, which was particularly generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. We were fortunate enough to dine on the terrace, on a charming cobblestone street, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A delightful setting, carefully prepared cuisine, and a genuine attention to the quality of the ingredients. A truly wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat!

A wine bar I stumbled upon and have absolutely no regrets about! Fresh, expertly prepared dishes, an excellent Basque omelet, and a to-die-for warm Saint Marcellin cheese. A super friendly welcome. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Angoulême. 😜👍
