The meat was really good, with a special mention for the homemade maître d'hôtel butter: excellent, a real treat on the meat! It's a shame, however, that the fries were a bit dry. The waffle was rather average; it lacked crispness and didn't strike me as homemade. The restaurant seems to have changed owners. It's a pity the pierrade is no longer on the menu, as it was a dish I really enjoyed.

A pretty good place, top-notch service

Often a victim of its own success, you had to book in advance to be sure of getting a table! The food was excellent, with generous portions! The prices are reasonable for local prices, and the staff is truly welcoming, cheerful, and energetic.

We had a great evening watching a football match. The young, petite waitress was friendly and removed the price of the fries from the bill herself. The menu advertises homemade fries, but they're not; they're just generic frozen fries. I mentioned this to her when she asked us about our meal. Also, cocktails aren't their strong point, in my opinion. The value for money isn't the best around, but they don't try to hide it either. The beers are decent; we like them. It's a strategic and easily accessible location. They're always open, which makes it a lifesaver when many places in Bayonne are either full or already closed by 9 pm. I've known this place for 15 years with my friends, and it's often saved the day in a city that can feel deserted when you arrive off-season. Overall, I remain positive about this establishment: we always knew how to have fun there and that's what counts.

Excellent brasserie! You can have a quick lunch or take your time relaxing on the terrace. The live broadcasts of matches and sporting events create a friendly atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, professional, and always respectful. I highly recommend this place. 👍🍻
