A very, very, very pleasant surprise! We usually don't stop at restaurants located in busy squares for fear of sloppy, flavorless food, but here, time was of the essence. Well, we ate SUPER well! A very small menu of carefully prepared dishes made with quality ingredients: delicious burgers, a sublime Thai salad, and very nice desserts too. The service was also a big plus, both professional and warm, and very friendly. We highly recommend it.

A 20-minute wait for a mint tea and a beer. No manager to supervise two rather lost waitresses, even though there were few customers on the terrace. A shame, because the location is lovely under the shady trees.

Passing through Brive on Monday August 18th, not many shops open (at the same time it's normal for a Monday), a stop on this site to quench our thirst and to end up eating there. Very good atmosphere, very beautiful place, very good dishes to recommend without moderation

10/01/2026: We have been to this restaurant on a number of occasions over a long period of time - over a decade - and it never fails. There are no egos here, just very professional owners and staff who's only goal is to look after their customers impeccably. A broad menu interesting twists, cooked properly and to your request, efficient, friendly and unobtrusive service and very good value for money.
