A superb lunch with excellent dishes. I was in the mood for offal, so I opted for the sweetbreads with asparagus marmalade and preserved lemon broth as a starter. Delicious and intensely flavorful without overpowering the delicate sweetbreads. The main course was veal liver with very fine mushrooms, which I thoroughly enjoyed, while the apple and Calvados soufflé was a true delight for the senses. So simple, so good, and so difficult to achieve at home. The restaurant was packed that day (for once, and all the better for the owners), so some waits were a little longer. A restaurant that incorporates the essential elements of fine dining (tablecloths, presentation plates, decor, and the use of high-quality ingredients in the kitchen) at a reasonable price (€50 for the lunch menu), with a focus on quality service. A great business restaurant option with a balanced atmosphere to discuss the codicils of the contract without the pressure of a stuffy environment.

A chef who takes great care of his customers, an attentive team, and dishes that are both innovative and delicious. Truly homemade cuisine and one of the best spots in La Défense.

If you're in the La Defense area, this restaurant is worth a visit. High-quality, well-prepared food, featuring traditional French dishes on a fixed-price menu. The restaurant is small and quiet, yet charming. Attentive service and prices are appropriate (not cheap).

We dined there for Valentine's Day. The little touches on the table were lovely. A superb experience: attentive and refined service, without being intrusive. We ate very well.

A truly excellent discovery! Everything was flawless, from the starter to the main course and dessert. Special mention goes to the quail terrine, which was absolutely delicious. You can tell they've put real thought into the desserts, which, for me, is the hallmark of a good restaurant. The staff were also very friendly and competent. The chef even came to ask for our feedback, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend it!
