27/03/2026: Great restaurant, the decor blends contemporary style with an old-fashioned inn feel. There's a small parking lot open to customers next to the restaurant (it has to be said, the city center is short on parking spaces...) so that's a nice touch! I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and quick service; in short, an efficient (young) team with (finally) the right staff! As for the food: vegans, look elsewhere, this is all about meat, and red meat at that... and good (aged)! A display case showcases the aged cuts of meat; you can tell the butcher knows his stuff and is passionate about his craft. The cooking was exactly to the required standard; I imagine the chef knows his cuts perfectly and how to prepare and cook them. It was expertly done. The side dishes were tasty but more traditional (although the romaine lettuce with butternut sauce was a nice addition to the fries!). I noticed that the clientele (during the week at least) is quite young (25-35), which surprised me given the prices in general. But it's a nice change from restaurants on weekends where the average age is easily double! The background music isn't aggressive and is tasteful, which is a nice touch! I understand that there's a terrace and barbecue in the summer; I'd love to come back then. Finally, the price: yes, quality comes at a price. €100 for two (including an aperitif, charcuterie board, main course, one drink, and dessert for two) is a budget that's not within everyone's reach, let's be honest. I found the price of the spritz a bit steep... perhaps they could do a little better there! In short, a very good experience overall, I recommend it.

I highly recommend this place and will gladly return!"
