Le Trou Normand sur Baisieux

Finally, a restaurant where you feel like you're actually eating out! I mean, we received a wonderful welcome, both from the staff and the delicious amuse-bouche that accompanied our aperitif. The dishes are generous, flavorful, seasonal, and 100% homemade. The vegetables are cooked, not just placed on the plate. The same goes for the meat and fish dishes; each is served with a homemade sauce that's well worth trying. The service is attentive and efficient, the food is delicious, and the desserts are just as good (I'll only come back for the Mandarin Napoleon!). In short, thank you for a wonderful time! We'll definitely be back.

Excellent in every way! The place is lovely, the staff welcoming, and the dishes are both traditional and original: very well presented, too! I highly recommend it, especially since it's quite affordable ♿
