Le Turbot sur Dieppe

Everyone is super friendly. The food is excellent: kudos to the chef! I'll be back often. Absolutely fantastic!

The set menu was starter, main course, and dessert. There was very little wait after we were seated (four adults) before we were served two small glasses of shrimp rillettes with toasted bread and our aperitif order and our choices of starters and main courses were taken. The timing was excellent, allowing us to enjoy our aperitifs at a leisurely pace. When the starters and main courses arrived, we found the plates to be generous and the food to be excellent. The seafood was very fresh, and our cooking requests were meticulously followed (we had ordered a piece of meat very well-done!). We were offered four side dish options for our main course choices. Among these side dishes was a delightful selection of braised endives! For dessert, it was the same as before: a delicious and substantial apple tartlet, topped with ice cream and something else I can't recall. The wine list was very good and offered a wide variety of choices. The bill was very reasonable, including wine, for four people (around €140). It's recommended to book in advance, especially since, in good weather, LE TURBOT has a terrace with a lovely view of the port. LE TURBOT is located in the Pollet district, which offers easy access to nearby parking.

A successful change of ownership; the food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I recommend it.

If you're traveling to Dieppe, book a table the day before for lunch or dinner; you really, really won't be disappointed! The chef and owner are top-notch, you have plenty of time to eat at your leisure, the fish is cooked to perfection (unlike the one I had the day before at another restaurant, as you can see in my posts), and the tarte tatin is delicious. Well done, and don't change a thing!

Excellent and refined dishes, generous portions. Attentive staff. The only downside was the price of the wines, which made up too large a portion of the bill.

Excellent seafood restaurant! For our starter, we had the mussel and scallop gratin, which was delicious! For our main courses, we ordered two "Marmittes à la Dieppoise" (turbot, cod, sea bass, monkfish, and mussels). They were flavorful and the portions were generous. A nice touch was that we had an announcement to make to our parents, and the waiters kindly took our personalized glasses to bring them to them during the aperitif. We will gladly return.

A very enjoyable family dinner! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; the food was fresh, high-quality, and cooked to perfection. The service was efficient. A great place to try again and again.
