Le Tyrol sur Rouen

17/05/2026: Ordered two set menus at €26.90 (main course and dessert). Sirloin steak and fries – frozen fries, which was a shame. Chuck roast with paprika sauce and mashed potatoes – very good, but I would have liked a bit more meat. French toast-style brioche and a scoop of vanilla ice cream – very good. Excellent staff. 13/04/2026: The food was noticeably worse than it was a few months ago. The ceviche consisted of pollock fillet cut into very large pieces and swimming in oil, like a herring fillet...unheard of in terms of ceviche and clearly not good. The pollock dish in coconut milk was uninteresting and bland. The dessert was very successful. Two errors on the bill resulted in a difference of 44 euros, which the waiter, who seemed to have trouble counting, couldn't seem to acknowledge. First, the wrong bottle of wine was listed on the bill, then the bottle was charged twice. No apology was offered: quite unbelievable. Disappointing. We had thoroughly enjoyed it a few months ago.
