The Val d'Auge is an exceptional address thanks to its inventive cuisine that knows how to enhance quality, seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes such as the egg cocotte with truffles and the sweetbreads with charlotte purée are excellent, and the chef updates the menu according to the seasons and his inspiration. The service is efficient and attentive, and knows how to adapt to customers' tastes, particularly when it comes to wine. The evolving menu allows for constant discovery of new dishes. We'll be back.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The meals were delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the cooking. The service was equally outstanding: a warm welcome, attentive staff, and highly professional service. A true pleasure; I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

23/02/2026: A very nice place, the food is high quality. The meat was cooked perfectly, the homemade sauces were excellent, as was the gourmet coffee.
13/02/2026: We're having a great time here! The setting, the welcome, the atmosphere are warm, the menu and wine list are enticing, the products are good, local, and excellently cooked… can't wait to come back!
