We had a wonderful meal. The dishes were refined, the presentations magnificent, and the taste was simply divine... The atmosphere was intimate and the decor beautifully presented. Don't hesitate to go.

The owners are passionate, welcoming, and highly professional, and this is evident in every detail. We had another wonderful evening. The cuisine is remarkable: dishes as beautiful as they are delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients, great finesse, and true expertise. Each plate is an invitation to indulge, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The elegant and inviting setting contributes to making each meal a special occasion. Celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary tonight at Val d'Auge Oval! It was fantastic from beginning to end. The hostess was wonderful and very attentive. The dishes were delicious and well explained. We were lucky enough to have a personalized dessert for our wedding anniversary and a small glass of champagne. This isn't our first time, and we'll definitely be back because we're so satisfied. Plus, they've completely redone the decor, and it's really very modern and contemporary. Although this restaurant has been around for 65 years, honestly, both the food and the decor are top-notch.

Delicious...the only word that truly captures the bouquet of flavors in tonight's dishes...salmon carpaccio with sorbet and berries, apricot tartlet with fresh cranberry syrup...we loved everything, including the setting and the service...thank you!!

A truly excellent gourmet restaurant. The dish was superb: the meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection, the sauce was divine, and the mashed potatoes exquisite. Everything was meticulously prepared. Bravo to the chef! The atmosphere in the dining room was also very pleasant. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. We'll be back!
