A very pleasant, quiet place with attentive staff.
The lobster tempura starter was exquisite, though the portion was small.
My disappointment lay in the main course, served lukewarm (pearly white skrei, Paimpol beans, and, surprise, Colonnata lard). The fish itself was very good, but again, the portion was small, and marred by the excessive amount of Colonnata lard, which was completely unnecessary and pointless, being utterly inedible (just fat, nothing but fat—do people like that?). I think the chef should reconsider this approach.
The dessert, on the other hand, was original, made with figs and black sesame.
Overall, I found the value for money to be average.

I'd heard about Valentino for years and I finally had the chance to go.
I definitely wasn't disappointed!
Everything was delicious, the staff were lovely, and the place was charming.
I didn't think I'd enjoy cauliflower so much, but it was divinely prepared.
Thank you for your hospitality.

This is my second time eating at Valentino. The dishes they offer are absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors, the choice of ingredients, and the overall quality of the food are excellent. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!
