A wonderful family experience at Valentino We had the pleasure of having lunch at Valentino in Troyes as a family: my wife, our two young children, and our dog. From the moment we arrived, we received a particularly warm welcome. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive, and truly caring. The team knows how to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere, even with young children and a dog. We chose the set menu. However, I did have a slight reservation about the amuse-bouches: small caramelized cherry tomatoes whose texture, in my opinion, was rather rubbery and difficult to chew. An interesting idea in principle, but perhaps the texture could be improved. Otherwise, the meal was very enjoyable. The starter, main course, and dessert were all good, well-executed, and flavorful. Without striving for spectacle, the cuisine is skillful and consistent. Special mention goes to the excellent value for money. This restaurant offers a quality experience at a very reasonable price. In short, I recommend it without hesitation. The excellent welcome, the quality of the service, and the superb presentation of the meal all contributed to making this family lunch a truly enjoyable experience. A great place in Troyes, with a particularly attentive team and excellent value for money.
