Rather than a negative review, here are our comments.
The burrata, pizzas, and carpaccio were good....
The seared tuna (another try at your place....) still needs improvement... the product and cooking... not great!
Nothing more to say to avoid being unpleasant.

Welcomed into a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
A very pretty view of the Port of Trentemoult, a place I highly recommend for its authenticity.
The food is delicious with more than reasonable prices.
Very fast service and unparalleled friendliness. A true masterclass.
I highly recommend it and encourage you to come whenever you have the chance.

We had a fantastic time at Vaporetto. Honestly, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect from start to finish.
The setting is great, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and the service was truly top-notch. We were taken care of with great professionalism, attentive without being intrusive—exactly what we expected. It definitely makes a difference.

Tried it for the first time tonight! Fantastic place, magnificent view, and tastefully chosen decor reminiscent of the legendary Trentemoult district!
The dishes are delicious and generous, the ingredients are high quality, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
Bonus: booster seats and high chairs for children!
And for those with smaller appetites, you can even take home the leftover pizza!

We had a wonderful time at Vaporetto. We were seated on the terrace overlooking the Loire River. The waiters, including Pirmin, were kind, funny, and always smiling. We'll gladly return.
