Restaurant Le Perroquet sur Perpignan

Went for lunch before catching a train. Great location for train station. Had set menu of salad followed by steak and chips which was freshly cooked, coffee to finish. Very Good value at €13.50. Lovely, friendly service.

The crepes are good, served very quickly by lovely staff. I recommend it.

Amazing homemade couscous today, lamb, merguez sausage, chicken, €15 per person, fantastic restaurant 🙂 I regularly eat at this restaurant, the €13 set menus are always fresh, delicious, a real treat, a very kind lady, a superb chef, pure bliss! 🙂

I’m glad I went to this restaurant despite all the horror reviews. It’s actually quite nice. The owner is super friendly. The food is honest, reasonably priced and served with true Gaulic panache. I particularly enjoyed the Catalan classics like kidneys sautéed in Banyuls. To top it off, the location is such that you can busk in the sunset as you munch away your dinner. Jouissif!

Perfect location for a break before catching your train. Good value for money. Excellent crema catalana.
