Excellent establishment, the restaurant and service are excellent, and the staff are very friendly. A minor drawback was the lack of hot water in the showers late at night and in the pool. But it was -9°C.

Hello everyone! I've been a customer for several years, and I LOVE IT!! I recommend it to everyone I know... and I keep coming back!! The owners, staff, food, cleanliness, etc., etc. Room with a terrace 👍 new dining room, breakfast 😋, delicious meals, homemade foie gras, great value for money 👍 new terrace, etc. 😋😋. Ideal for families or groups of friends (5 girls in May 2025, all loved it). Well done to everyone! The only downside: the pool and spa, which were unlimited and free before Covid, have changed, making them less convenient... but don't hesitate to discover the resort!!! Happy New Year to all! 🙏🍀🫶

Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant. Great atmosphere on New Year's Eve. The Chalet rooms are clean and comfortable. The wellness area is well located with mountain views. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful way to start the year! We celebrated the arrival of the new year by booking brunch on January 1st at the Hôtel le Velleda with two other couples of friends, and what a success it was! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the positive energy of the place: the welcome was radiant with smiles and joie de vivre. It's so lovely to start 2026 in such an atmosphere. As for the food, the buffet was a succession of delightful culinary surprises. Everything was delicious and varied. A big thank you also to the dining room team: highly professional, attentive, and meticulous staff who went above and beyond to fulfill our every wish. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience. It's a pleasure we will definitely repeat! Well done to the whole team!

Rather disappointed with our recent experience. A year ago, we ate at the restaurant and had no complaints; it was very good. We also often stop there after a hike or a motorcycle ride. Unfortunately, we no longer share that opinion. We went to eat at their beautiful extensions for Christmas; however, the food was good, but there were hairs in two of our three cordon bleus. We were offered a replacement, which we refused (these things happen). It was also rather cold in the dining room (we noticed that several people were still wearing their jackets). Furthermore, we tried the spa and were frankly disappointed. In fact, the jacuzzi was barely usable because it was cold (we had called that morning to ask if it would be usable and heated, and the answer was yes); unfortunately, it didn't get above 30 degrees Celsius. The indoor pool wasn't very warm either, and it's impossible to close the salt cave door because it doesn't have a handle on the inside (resulting in an unpleasant draft). There are several minor flaws that give the impression the spa lacks finishing touches (some unstable outdoor paving stones, the only shower which was completely subpar (it was broken) and there was no shower gel...). In short, we were disappointed with the spa's value for money. There are significant areas for improvement that could make the place much better.

We just returned from our stay at the hotel. DELIGHTED! We received a wonderful welcome. The owners are incredibly dedicated to their business. We saw them at all hours!!! Early in the morning...late at night. The staff is very friendly and professional, and there's a great atmosphere among the team...very welcoming...relaxing. Our meals were excellent in quality, quantity, and presentation. Impeccable bedding and beautiful Christmas decorations. A truly lovely place that I highly recommend. I'll be back.... The extension and renovation of this establishment have made it a very pleasant place both for dining and for relaxing in the tea room. The food is good and the staff very welcoming.
