We've eaten at Le Velobre several times and it's always a pleasure to go back. The welcome is warm, the staff pleasant and attentive, and the dishes are always delicious and generous. Always smiling, attentive, and authentic, he immediately sets the tone for the restaurant: warm, simple, and welcoming. And we can't forget Catherine. Always smiling, friendly to everyone, and consistently calming, she contributes enormously to the atmosphere. Her unassuming nature belies her genuine efficiency, and you immediately sense someone who is truly attentive to the customers. This kind of presence makes all the difference and makes you want to return. As for the food, the quality is always there. The dishes are delicious, generous, and above all, consistently excellent, which is becoming rare these days.
