Le Ventadour sur Montauban

You have to make a reservation; otherwise, it's almost impossible to get a table. We tried the set menu, and it was generally good, especially the desserts.

We had a fantastic lunch at Le Ventadour! Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

Excellent restaurant hidden on the docks

In a charming setting, the cuisine is highly inventive, with flavor combinations that are sometimes truly surprising, yet always balanced and harmonious. It's the perfect place to have your taste buds delighted, and at a very reasonable price. Special mention goes to the service, which combines professionalism and kindness.

We decided to get a head start on Father's Day by trying this restaurant. The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and of good quality. The mashed potatoes were delicious, as were the seasonings. We didn't always make the best choices when it came to trying new things (sweetbreads). The macaron wasn't the lightest... The dining room is very attractive, and we had a lovely view of the water. However, the noise level in the dining room was rather unpleasant, making our conversations difficult to hear.

Le Ventadour is a restaurant in Montauban, but we chose them for their catering services for our wedding. David and Caroline Aranda's professionalism and experience are truly outstanding. Together, we finalized the arrangements we envisioned. They provided excellent advice based on their extensive experience. Their attentiveness and comprehensive service exceeded our expectations. They organized the table decorations and provided tablecloths, cutlery, and glassware. They served lemonade and cocktails (including a St. Germain spritz). The cocktail hour satisfied even the pickiest guests (with canapés and food stations), and the meal was truly top-notch. They were absolutely outstanding! Newlyweds, you can trust them completely with one of the most important days of your life ❤️.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was amazing in Quality, taste, price and presentation. Our server went out of her way to make us feel welcome and managed, helping a large group of 15 with ease. They are only open for lunch so reservations are highly recommended. I will definitely return.

An excellent gastronomic experience. A very warm welcome, truly perfect dishes, a magnificent dining room, remarkable homemade bread, impeccable service... What more could you ask for? Oh, I almost forgot... a superb view of the Tarn River and the old town. The only slight drawback is that the dining room is noisy when it's full... But that doesn't detract from the enjoyment...

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant as a couple. The setting is magnificent under the vaulted ceiling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal was excellent, with high-quality ingredients beautifully presented and given a modern twist.

A fabulous catering experience, homemade, tasteful, flavorful, original, beautifully presented, you can feel the love for the craft and the generosity, I say bravo.
