While training in Saint-Étienne, we discovered this magnificent restaurant, a charming blend of wine cellar and dining room. The meal was exceptional, featuring fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The servers were also very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend it and will definitely return 😊

A wonderful time at Verre Galant in Saint-Étienne 😍 We had a wonderful meal; everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is truly welcoming, with excellent wine recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, which were prepared with fresh and varied ingredients, from start to finish. Special mention goes to their kindness and flexibility; they were very accommodating when adapting gluten-free dishes (allergy-free), which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Make sure to specify this when booking. A favorite, and we'll definitely return 😉

I 100% recommend this charming restaurant where good food is important. The menu changes every day with two choices of starter, main course and dessert and good wine to accompany everything. Homemade with fresh and quality products! Don't hesitate any longer and go discover this place!
