The change in ownership is definitely noticeable. The cuisine has changed; the dishes are less refined, less sophisticated, and less seasonal. It's good, but since the menu seems to be for 2026-2027, you'll quickly run out of options. The setting is magnificent, but the decor needs some attention. A few logs and pieces of moss are missing and simply need replacing.

While passing through Amiens, we decided to try a small restaurant. The staff were lovely; I've rarely seen anything like it. The dishes were delicious, and the meat was very tender. Thank you for the wonderful time, and the €35 set menu is a great deal without any compromise on quality. I highly recommend it.

Having been a regular at this restaurant for several years now, it's always a pleasure to go. The setting is refreshing and offers a change of scenery in the heart of Amiens. We came from Paris and were looking for a good restaurant. We found this place and honestly, it's a gem. The staff is very welcoming and warm, and the location is unique and very pretty, right on the banks of the Somme. The food is homemade and of very high quality. The dishes are truly excellent, and the daughter of the owners of this unusual place is an absolute gem, extremely kind and courteous, and her only thought is to please her guests! We eat out a lot, and this one was truly excellent, with extremely affordable prices for the quality of the food. I recommend it a thousand times over!

A wonderful discovery! We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The service was impeccable, professional, and attentive. The cuisine was excellent, with flavorful and perfectly executed dishes. The setting was also very pleasant, with a cozy atmosphere. A particularly appreciated touch: we were able to enjoy our meal by the fireplace, which made the experience even more convivial. Excellent restaurant not far from the floating gardens. Very pleasant service and delicious dishes (velouté soup, chicken supreme, baguettes, kidneys, and fondue)! Warm atmosphere. A great find!

We just left the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect, from the initial welcome to the food. We were served by Sarah throughout the meal; she was a very pleasant and smiling person all evening and deserves high praise. As for hygiene, there was nothing to complain about; everything was spotless, including the restrooms. And the food itself was fantastic—I thoroughly enjoyed it, and so did my partner. Everything was cooked exactly as requested. In short, I recommend this restaurant 100%, and we will definitely be back.

25/01/2026: A very pleasant surprise at the port of Saint-Leu! ⚓️✨ We discovered this restaurant by chance and it was a real treat. The food was delicious and generous 🍽️: Flemish carbonnade, homemade Welsh rarebit, hand-cut steak tartare, steak 🥩, not to mention the very popular children's menu 👧🧒. The desserts were just as delicious 🍰🍫, with a superb chocolate mousse and French toast. The prices are very reasonable 💶 and the service was truly delightful 😊. We don't remember the waiter's name, but he had a ponytail and was very friendly. We've noted this address down 📝… and we'll definitely be back! 👍😋

The welcome, the quality, and the service are just as pleasant as the menu prices, which offer just the right amount of starters, main courses, and desserts, so we can easily imagine that everything is fresh and homemade!
