A moment filled with flavors, each one better than the last. A three-course meal that seemed too short because each dish was more exquisite than the last.

The meal was served very quickly; we couldn't even finish the aperitif we ordered because it wasn't even offered. We asked what beer they had, but the waitress couldn't answer us. She said it was a craft beer, but it was actually Goudale. We asked for an amber ale and got an IPA. We felt like we were bothering the waitress; she dragged her feet the whole time. Then she sat down at a table behind us, watching her phone and playing videos so loudly we couldn't hear ourselves speak. There was no respect whatsoever, which is a shame because the chef does a fantastic job, and the meal itself was excellent.

For my second visit to this restaurant, I found the dishes truly delicious and generous, and the sauces were excellent. The ingredients were of very high quality and perfectly balanced. I was surprised to find there were only four of us on a Friday evening, especially since the restaurant closed so early. Nevertheless, it was a very enjoyable evening.

Excellent food. It's not a brasserie, but a traditional restaurant. A small, friendly restaurant that's definitely worth trying. It was delicious.

A wonderful discovery! We made a quick stop at this restaurant as a family with a 10-year-old, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We even managed to get a picky eater to eat cooked carrots! 😄 Beautiful cuisine made with fresh ingredients, a cozy atmosphere with lovely decor, and impeccable service! Thank you!

I had never been to Vert Mi Sel before and I discovered a superb place. Colorful, generous, and above all, delicious dishes—traditional and gourmet cuisine. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is calm. I highly recommend this place!
